World of warcraft server help?

I am getting back into wow after a fallout right after cataclysm came out. Im looking for a server with non fail pve guilds etc. I'm not looking for a server where everyone thinks that the game is the only thing in life, but I am looking for one that I can actually get stuff done. (hunter)
