Best mage build guide to use for PvE? Warlock-Necromancer-Chloromanc… build, is this good?

Even if I have played during the beta release, the soul swapping and soul building thing has not yet been absorbed by my intellect. My prospect is to go for Warlock-Necromancer-Chloromancer build. Is this good enough for PvE?
