Look in the options/preferences of the game for a 'hotkeys' setting..See if there is anything relevant there.You could also go into your video card settings or re-install the game.Try bringing up the task manager and ending any unnecessay processes (be sure you don`t end the OS).Go into services.msc and disable unnecessary services (there are a lot on a default install of Windows 7)
