Need a decent server to transfer too on WoW?

Im looking for a horde server to transfer too that isn't hardcore like mal ganis. Transfered to mal ganis and ended up burning myself out. I've been looking at all the servers and i can't seem to find a horde server that is like right in the middle of progression i don't want a hardcore one. I do mostly PVE. i do not care what type of server it is.
