Two and a half men question?

Ok well I.was just wondering when the guy from two and half men (alan harper) was at a bar he punched a handsome fellow and I was wondering what that guys name in real life(the guy he had punched) was. If u look it up on youtube you will see his face. Just a curiosity question if ucan aseer it it would help :).
