Whats a free MMORPG like WoW?

Im looking for a game to waist time but not cost money. im looking up Perfect worlds but, im looking for something with cool riding stuff, skill system, instances, battle dungeons, PvE PvP, mount system guild system ect. If you can name me a game just like that, id be very happy, please no games that "you" personally like, just one that fits my description Please
