Question about choosing a PVE server on WoW?

I decided to come back to WoW and see what Cata has to offer. I read on the forums that Cata is great and has changed the game somewhat. I use to play on Aggrarmar but I didnt like it so I want to know what are some good servers. I plan to restart and start a new character on a new server. I'll be playing as Alliance. I see and heard that Silvermoon is a great ally server.
