Now that Harper has his majority, should we expect privatized health care and a police state?

With his majority, he could do anything he wants. Which will he institute first: abolish public health-care? build mega-prisons like in the U.S and give law enforcement more power over the citizenry? government bail-outs of corporations at the expense of taxpayer, all the while, public services will slowly but surely be cut off from the average joe? Will we even recognize Canada by 2015?
